Diabetic Shoes HuB Shipping Policy
Diabetic Shoes HuB ships all orders, in stock, once they have been processed. Orders not in stock will ship directly from the manufacturer and have a 3 - 4 business day lead time. When placing an order online you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email enabling you to view the shipment status of your order. To view your order tracking, simply enter your tracking number at the appropriate shipping carrier's website.
Diabetic Shoes HuB only ships orders within the United States and does not ship internationally.
Diabetic Shoes HuB does not ship orders to any PO Box addresses.
Orders placed before 1:00 P.M. MST. are shipped the same business day.
All Orders over $99 qualify for FREE Standard Ground shipping!*
Standard orders are shipped out GROUND via UPS. There is a flat Standard Ground shipping rate of $13.95 for orders under $99.
Expedited shipping of approximately 2 - 4 business days is available at the listed rate during checkout.
*Orders to Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for FREE shipping or Standard Ground shipping and must be shipped Expedited.
Diabetic Shoes HuB Return Policy
If the merchandise you received is defective or not as you ordered, please contact our customer support team for quick resolution.
The Return Guidelines below must be followed to receive a refund.
- All returns, not including exchanges, are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Product must be in new, resalable, unmarked condition with all insoles included with shoes and in original packaging. It is very important not to deface the retail box in any way.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping along with tracking information, to be provided in order to receive refund.
- The Diabetic Shoes HuB must be contacted about the return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To return an order, please contact the Diabetic Shoes HuB in order to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with instructions and return shipping address. Please include your name, address, and order number when contacting us.
Refunds will be for merchandise value only minus restocking fee and excluding shipping charges and costs. Please allow three to four weeks for return processing.
* Please note that unauthorized returns/refused shipments will not be accepted, refunded or credited.
Diabetic Shoes HuB Cancellation Policy
All customer requests for order cancellation will be handled in a timely manner. Any orders that are processing for shipment or have already been shipped are unable to be canceled. If order ships and buyer refuses shipment, a 10% restocking fee will be assessed and deducted from the total amount refunded of the canceled order. Refunds will be for merchandise value only and does not include shipping costs incurred.
