When placing an order online you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email enabling you to view the shipment status of your order. To view your order tracking, simply enter your tracking number at the appropriate shipping carrier's website.</p>

<p>Diabetic Shoes HuB does not ship orders to any PO Box addresses.</p>
<p>Orders placed before 1:00 P.M. MST. are shipped the same business day.</p>

<p>If the merchandise you received is defective or not as you ordered, please contact our <a href="mailto:support@diabeticshoeshub.com">customer support team</a> for quick resolution.</p>

<li><strong>Product must be in new, resalable, unmarked condition with all insoles included with shoes and in original packaging. It is very important not to deface the retail box in any way.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Customer is responsible for return shipping along with tracking information, to be provided in order to receive refund.</strong></li>
<li><strong>The Diabetic Shoes HuB must be contacted about the return within 30 days of the delivery date.</strong></li>

<p>To return an order, please contact the <a href="mailto:ops@diabeticshoeshub.com">Diabetic Shoes HuB</a> in order to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with instructions and return shipping address. Please include your name, address, and order number when contacting us.</p>
