We do not do any Medicare or Insurance billing. All of our customers pre-pay for their orders via credit card or PayPal.
Do you have a print catalog you can send?

Do you have any stores in my area?
We are strictly an online retailer of shoes based out of Scottsdale, Arizona and do not have any stores where the shoes can be seen or tried on.
