These diabetes shoes for women are constructed with a breathable mesh upper featuring dual side zippers creating a large opening for easy on-off; a healthy shoe interior comes from the mesh lining and Drilex® sockliner, wicking away moisture to keep feet refreshed. The Drew Swift also features the Plus Fitting System® offering added and double depth; a full length polyurethane footbed and foam spacer can both be removed to accommodate prescribed orthotics. Additional support comes from the dual shank system with a wide fiber shank and external TPU shank while the firm heel counter stabilizes the rearfoot; these diabetic shoes for women are built atop a cushioning EVA midsole and a durable rubber outsole with a rocker bottom to encourage a natural gait for walking pleasure.
