The Aaron diabetic shoes for men have a rugged leather upper with nylon mesh panels to promote airflow while the Drilex® fabric lining with AEGIS Microbe Shield Treatment™ wicks away moisture and prevents the growth of odor causing bacteria. Standard features include the Plus Fitting System® with a cushioning, Drilex® covered footbed and footbed spacer; both footbeds can be removed for added and double depth to accommodate prescribed orthotics. These Drew shoes are built with a firm heel counter and synthetic fiber shank for rear foot stability and structural rigidity; an EVA wedge mdisole cushions each step and a flared rubber outsole provides a wide base for total contact.
