Comfort features include leather and Drielx® linings to wick away moisture while the cushioning polyurethane footbed and foam spacer can be removed as part of the Plus Fitting System®, providing added and double depth to fit prescribed orthotics. Additional support comes from a tempered steel shank that reinforces the shoe structure and a firm heel counter for rearfoot stability. The Drew Toledo orthopedic shoes is finished with a lightweight, polyurethane outsole featuring slight rocker bottom to promote the natural heel-toe movement of the gait.
