These diabetic shoes feature a genuine nubuck upper with an adjustable Velcro® strap across the instep to secure the foot; the strap also creates a large opening for easy on and off. A soft fabric lining helps to wick away mositure while the Plus Fitting System® features two removable footbeds for added and double depth and the ability to accommodate prescription orthotics. The top layer footbed is constructed with added cushioning at the heel and metatarsal and has a Drilex® top cover to limit odor and bacterial growth. An extended medial heel stabilizer and a tempered steel shank ensure stability with each step. The Drew Antwerp is finished with a lightweight, slip-resistant outsole designed for traction and durability.
