An additional orthopedic benefit is the Plus Fitting System® - a removable footbed and spacer - that provides added and double depth to accommodate prescribed orthotics. For walking support, these mary jane shoes feature a firm heel counter and a tempered steel shank to stabilize the foot with each step; the Drew Genoa mary jane shoes are finished with a lightweight wedge outsole that provides a 1 1/4" lift.
