To ensure maximum comfort and support when walking or standing, an extended medial heel counter and tempered steel shank cup the arch and control over pronation. The Drew Heather mary jane shoes for diabetics are finished atop an ultra lightweight, polyurethane outsole designed for slip resistant traction.
