To promote healthy feet, a fabric lining provides a smooth, moisture wicking interior. As part of the Plus Fitting System® these wedge shoes feature a polyurethane footbed and footbed spacer which can both be removed for additional depth and to accommodate prescription orthotics. The Drew Shoes London is finished with a tempered steel shank for extra arch support and a firm heel counter for rear foot stability.
