These mary jane shoes feature a premium leather upper with detailed stitching and an adjustable Veclro® strap to keep the foot secure. Comfort features include full leather linings, an oblique toe shape for extra room, a steel shank for strutural rigidity and a firm heel counter for rearfoot support. Unlike typical office shoes, the Drew Monaco is made for comfort and has a full length footbed that provides plenty of support; the footbed can also be removed to fit orthotics for a personal fit. These womens dress shoes are finished with a flexible rubber sole with a 1.5" heel height that adds an elegant lift.
