Added support comes from the anatomical shape and ergonomic design of the footbed while the lightweight outsole offers extra shock absorption. These steel toe shoes for women are finished with with an embedded plastic shank for structural rigidity. The Genuine Grip Slip Resistant Rubber Outsole provides an excellent traction rating when standing on wet and oily surfaces.</p>
